The purpose of experiment was studying character of influence of signal  apoptosis proteins on neuronal activity of Vistar rats. It is known, that cyclicity daily rhythms is defined by the some physiological, biochemical and molecular events, adjusting a level of activity of the certain neuronal groups, including hypothalamus. Data obtained by us earlier on mice "knockouts" on р53 and bcl-2 genes have shown changes of activity vasopressin - and catecholaminergic hypothalamic neurons which, probably, result from abnormality of both development and functioning of neurons and target-organs. Therefore character of influence proapoptotic р53- and antiapoptotic bcl-2-proteins on neuronal activity of rats brain have been investigated by injection of chemical inhibitors (pifithrin and НА14-1, accordingly) in 3-d ventricle.

Injections of inhibitors has led to different changes of a prolactin level in blood (electrochemiluminescence immunoassay "ECLIA"): Bcl-2-inhibitor has caused significant increase in a prolactin level (approximately three times), that can indirectly testify to braking dopaminergic hypothalamic neurons, and р53-inhibitor has led to decrease in a prolactin level due to activation of dopaminergic neurons. Besides at the rats, subjected to injection р53- inhibitor, the significant increase diuresis in comparison with control group was observed, that, probably, is connected with vasopressin secretion decrease.

Results of the “open field"- test have shown significant changes of functional condition CNS: strengthening of uneasiness (especially at the rats, subjected to introduction Bcl-2-inhibitor), increase in impellent activity during wakefulness and decrease a dream time at rats of both experimental groups in comparison with control animals, that, probably, is connected with observable at inhibitor injection increase in ACTH level in blood (immunometric analysis) and, hence, strengthening stress answer from the central part of hypothalamo-hypophyseal-adrenocortical system of rats. However the reasons of different changes of neuronal activity are the problems of investigations in future.

Work has been executed at financial support of the Russian fund of basic researches (the project № 05-04-48099).
